Corporate Culture seen through Corporate Films

We arranged a meeting with him, a real estate company’s CEO, on a day at the end of the year. No conference room, no projectors, no formality, nothing. He went straight to the point: “I need a film about my business, and it has to be bursting with pride of our business’ culture.”

Without hesitation, I asked him professional questions alongside minor ones to understand his business better. Quickly, I began to get a hold of what he wants viewers to feel about his business through my conversation with him. We ended up with a concept almost instantly later that day.

For each corporation, the corporate culture is a vital element. It’s the breeze between the harsh sunlight that is the rules and regulations of the corporation. It’s like a soft ribbon but tightly wrapped inside the corporation. You cannot name it nor price it, it’s truly priceless.
In our 8 years of counseling, building and accompanying businesses in our Corporate Films product line, we understand that making these films does not only fulfill the purpose of selling your company to customers, it is also a string that ties the personnel with the corporate culture. By talking to employees, listening and joining the business’ operations, we get a better grasp of what the company represents, and can further polish our scripts.

There are many ways to build a corporate culture. It could be from the leader’s will or an excerpt of the business philosophy. For the string to be thorough from the Management Board to each employee, educating the corporate culture must be planned beforehand. Corporate films are also viable in being a guideline for culture education in the corporation.
